Lucas Smith leads after Day 1A at the 2017 PCPC
Day 1A of the 2017 Punta Cana Poker Classic is on the books. The first flight of the event registered 233 entries but at the end of the day only 93 would remain. Lucas Smith 
finished on top of the counts with a 191,000 stack while reigning champion, Eduards Kudrjavcevs 
finished with 140,000 chips.
Big names such as Chris Hunichen , Damian Salas, Francis Cruz 
, Bolivar Palacios , Jeff Gross , Chris Oliver , Alberto Meran , Julio Belluscio 
, Horacio Castillo were among the players who showed up for the first day of action.
