Quevedo, the bubble boy
The first wave of action at the Sortis Hotel, Spa & Casino is over after Fabian Diaz finished as champion of the second stop of the Jackie’s Poker Tour. The Costarican player outlasted a very caribbean final table and won $40,000 dollars.
After three starting flights only 98 players returned for Day 2 of the main event trying to cash. Things went pretty fast and in less than an hour Tomas Altamirano , Renny Barrett
and Arturo Morales
were eliminated from the tournament.
Federico Quevedo became the money bubble when his stack could only complete de ante and was eliminated without cashing. On the other hand was Abdial Smith

The second wave of eliminations included Luis Mendoza (61º – $700), Patrick Putnam
(41º – $800), Jimmy Torres
(39º – $900), Dario Wyler
(33º – $1,000), Mario López
(31º – $1,100) and Jonathan Carrasquero
(26º – $1,200).

, Rodrigo Quezada

(15º – $2,000) and Mario Alarcón
(13º – $2,300).
