Players will start at Level 11 with blinds 800/1,600 ante 200. Only 149 players remain alive with a 64,000 average stack. Today we will play until Level 20 is reached. The money bubble will burst when player number 46 gets eliminated.

Day 1B of the 2017 Punta Cana Poker Classic is over leaving Corey Kennel as the leader with 232,000 chips. He will return on top of the counts with a big advantage over Lucas Smith who yesterday finished with a 191,000 stack.
Players like Hector Gimenez, Chris “Big Huni” Hunichen, Carlos Curi, Alberto Fonseca, Luis Cabrera, Paul Tacsan and Martin Scasso were among the players eliminated from the tournament.
Julio Belluscio (186,900), Jose Stawski (135,000), Melvin Matos (117,600), Pedro Kaenel (79,400), Alberto Meran (76,400), Damian Salas (65,000), Gabriel Zakalik (43,700) and Francis Cruz (28,400) will return tomorrow for Day 2.
The 2017 Punta Cana Poker Classic Main Event registered 382 entries but only 151 will come back at 14:00 to fight for a seat into Day 3. The remaining player will battle for ten levels before bagging and tagging and you may follow all of the action live at Americas Cardroom.
